The One-Day EMDR Intensive is a focused, 5–7 hour day of deep healing designed to help you move through what’s been holding you back — safely, efficiently, and at your pace.

Through three 90-minute EMDR sessions separated by rest, grounding, and integration, you can process significant memories in one day while keeping your nervous system supported and regulated.

Assessment, goal-setting, and resourcing to ensure readiness. We begin identifying target memories

This pause allows your nervous system to reset and stay balanced throughout the day.

Deep EMDR reprocessing begins. Using bilateral stimulation, we focus on releasing distress
from targeted memories while maintaining full awareness and safety in the present moment.

Lunch & Reflection

Time for rest, nourishment, and journaling. Reflection supports integration, allowing insights from
the morning’s work to settle before continuing deeper EMDR processing in the afternoon.

This phase involves bilateral stimulation and mindful rest breaks to maintain balance and self-regulation throughout the session.

Afternoon Integration

End the day by consolidating insights, grounding the body, and integrating new awareness.
You’ll reflect on the day’s work, practice regulation tools, and develop an ongoing plan for healing and growth beyond the intensive.

Your investment includes assessment, EMDR reprocessing, integration, and follow-up support.

One-Day EMDR Intensive

Three 90-minute EMDR sessions with breaks, grounding, and integration work throughout the day.
Designed for accelerated trauma processing and deep nervous system reset.

$1,500 per day

50% deposit due at booking. Insurance does not cover intensives.
Follow-up session available separately.

Preparation & Integration

Includes initial consultation ($120), pre-treatment assessments, and one 45-minute follow-up session to ensure ongoing stability and integration.

Additional sessions: $225 each

A collaborative, flexible structure ensures you receive the right pacing and support before and after your intensive.
