Individual Therapy Session

50-minute session designed to support your healing through EMDR, IFS, and Somatic approaches.

$225 per session

Deeper Journey Counseling is private pay only. Superbills are available upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.

Individual Intensive

Our four-day customized intensive offers focused time and space for deep trauma healing. Away from daily demands, you’ll work one-on-one to uncover patterns, process painful experiences, and rebuild a sense of safety, clarity, and connection.
