Grief Therapy

Grief has always been a part of the human condition, but it is often considered to be brought on by death. Grief can also arise from any significant life-altering loss like divorce or losing your job. The symptoms of being in grief are sadness, loneliness, and anger among others which include denial, depression, and more minor headaches etcetera as well.

It’s not easy when you’re grieving someone because there will most likely be times where you feel sad for no reason at all; this may leave us feeling empty inside with nothing left we want except our loved one back again – even though they would probably worry about what happened next if they were still here!
